Welcome to Flow and Glow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using Flow and Glow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.
Flow and Glow is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. We are not liable for inaccurate cycle predictions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
All content and features within Flow and Glow, including but not limited to logos, graphics, UI design, and app functionalities, are the intellectual property of Flow and Glow or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Flow and Glow may offer free and premium (paid) features. If you choose to subscribe:
Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
No refunds will be provided for the current billing period after cancellation.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App’s source code.
Interfere with the App’s functionality or its security features.
Misuse the App to collect or distribute unauthorized data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or abusive behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow and Glow shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Errors in cycle predictions or missed health conditions
Loss or exposure of user data due to circumstances beyond our control
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available in the App.
